Bibliography | Dr. Gilbert believes the essence of medicine is caring for people. He believes the doctor-patient relationship is a privilege to be respected and nurtured by the physician. He practices medicine in a considerate, patient-oriented manner and advocates on behalf of his patients, despite the limits of managed care. Dr. Gilbert has special interest in women's health, up-to-date management of abnormal pap smears, the care of the whole family, and the administration of medicine.
Dr. Gilbert enjoys a wide range of hobbies which include playing the guitar, throwing par on the local Frisbee/disc golf course, playing with his two Cavalier Spaniels, recording life and travels through digital photography, and attending live theater.
